Get Ready for the Next Best Chapter of Your Life!
YOUR F.A.B. DIVORCE
“Your divorce can be a tunnel where your marriage goes to die, or it can be an incubator where you are reborn.” —Lori
ISN’T IT TIME FOR YOU TO:
Let go of the anger, fear, and guilt
Accept, forgive, and move forward
Design the divorce and life you want
Uncover who you are becoming so
you can thrive post divorce
I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL
I used to be you. Wanting to leave but too afraid to go. But after 31 years and at age 60, I walked out of that courtroom ready and excited to meet my future. How? By deciding how I wanted my divorce and post divorce life to look, and then designing a process so I was ready to start my new life on day one. I refined it to help my clients create their own F.A.B. Divorce and now you can too!
I am confident that between each sentence, and within every exercise, you will feel seen and supported because this course speaks to not only who you are right now as you move toward your freedom, but who you are becoming once you get there. You can do this with grace and power. You don’t have to just survive your divorce, with this course you can thrive before, during, and after! —Lori
15% LEGAL 85% EMOTIONAL
Divorce has two sides--the legal and the emotional. This online, self-paced course will help you remove many of the emotional stumbling blocks that can make your divorce more painful (and expensive) than it needs to be, while setting you up to walk away ready to flourish, not flounder, in your freedom.
This Course is For You If:
You are seriously contemplating divorce but aren’t quite ready to pull the trigger or have no idea where to start.
You are in the midst of your divorce process and are feeling lost and out of control.
You are post-divorce but are feeling stuck and lost in your new reality.
You want a divorce outcome that promotes the health and well-being of your family.
However, this is not for you if you are not committed to leaving the fear and anger in the past as you move into your new life, or if you are looking for legal advice.
ARE YOU READY TO S.H.I.N.E.?
I haven’t been divorced, but I know what it’s like to peer over the edge of a cliff wondering if I’m going to fly or fall. At 53, after 20 years at home raising my family, I embarked on a new journey of professional and personal self-discovery. Was it overwhelming and scary? Yes! But it was even more rewarding than I could have imagined. What I’ve uncovered is that we’re all on a journey with no destination. The rewards are the personal discoveries we make through starting over again and again. Life is not a gift that you unwrap once, it is a never-ending surprise, both painful and jubilant, that is meant to help you grow and become truer versions of yourself. —Lauren

-
Absolutely. You don't need to have made the decision to divorce to benefit from Your F.A.B. Divorce. In fact, learning to quiet the fear, understand what you're feeling, reconnect with what matters to you, and trust yourself more deeply can help you approach whatever comes next with greater clarity and confidence.
FAB will never tell you whether to stay or go. It gives you tools to become more Focused, Accepting, and Bendable so you can make thoughtful decisions from a steadier place—whatever you ultimately decide.
-
Not at all. Divorce isn't one decision or one difficult day—it's a process filled with conversations, choices, changing emotions, unexpected challenges, and opportunities to decide how you want to move through it.
Your F.A.B. Divorce gives you practical tools to manage the emotional side of divorce while you're living it: navigating fear and uncertainty, communicating more effectively, setting boundaries, managing difficult emotions, making thoughtful decisions, and staying connected to yourself through the process. You don't need to begin FAB at the beginning of your divorce. Begin where you are. -
Yes. A divorce can be legally finished long before it feels emotionally finished.
If you're still carrying anger, grief, fear, resentment, self-doubt, or uncertainty about who you are and what comes next, Your F.A.B. Divorce can help you work through what you're carrying, reconnect with yourself, and begin intentionally creating your next chapter. Divorce isn't the end. It's your FABulous beginning—and sometimes that beginning starts after the paperwork is already signed. -
Attorneys, mediators, therapists, and Your F.A.B. Divorce can play very different roles in helping you through divorce. Your attorney or mediator helps you navigate the legal process. A therapist may help you explore and heal emotional or mental health concerns. F.A.B. is an educational and coaching-based program designed to give you practical tools, strategies, reflection, and support for navigating the everyday emotional experience of divorce—and taking intentional action as you move forward.
Statistics reveal that divorce is 15% legal and 85% emotional. F.A.B. was created for the 85%: the fear, difficult conversations, changing relationships, boundaries, decisions, emotions, identity shifts, and the challenge of figuring out what comes next.
We do not offer legal advice or therapy. F.A.B. fills a different—and often overlooked—space in the divorce process. -
Every Your F.A.B. Divorce option gives you the complete program and all of the tools you need to work through the emotional side of divorce. The difference is how much support you'd like along the way.
Choose Tier One: Your F.A.B. Divorce if you prefer to move through the program independently, at your own pace.
Choose Tier Two with the Flourish Group Support if you want the connection, encouragement, shared wisdom, and ongoing support of women navigating their own divorce journeys.
Choose Tier Three: FAB + Flourish + Individual Coaching if you'd also like personalized support as you apply what you're learning to the unique circumstances of your divorce, your relationships, and the life you're creating. There is no “right” level of support—only the level that feels right for you.

Many divorce resources focus on helping you get through the divorce. Your F.A.B. Divorce helps you heal while you deal — so you're not simply surviving this chapter, you're beginning to prepare yourself for what comes next.
We know that exploring your emotions can feel like the last thing you want to do when you're already overwhelmed and simply trying to make it through another day. But you don't have to wait until your divorce is over to begin rebuilding your life.
Throughout FAB, you'll learn to work with difficult emotions, communicate more effectively, strengthen boundaries and self-trust, and reconnect with who you are beyond the roles and relationships that may have defined you for years. You'll also begin exploring what you want your life to look like moving forward — and who you want to become as you create it.
Divorce is an ending, but it is also a transition. FAB helps you:
DEAL with what is happening.
HEAL what you're carrying.
DISCOVER who you are now.
TRUST yourself to navigate what comes next.
FLOURISH in your freedom. -
You don't need to be sitting in a room with someone to begin understanding what you're feeling and learning how to move through it differently.
Your F.A.B. Divorce gives you tools, practices, and guided reflection to help you explore, understand, and move through difficult emotions at your own pace. We don't teach you to push your feelings away. We help you get curious about them.
Your emotions can offer important information about your needs, boundaries, values, fears, and desires. FAB helps you decode what those emotions may be telling you and use that information to make more intentional choices about what comes next.
And because sometimes you want more than a self-paced experience, you can add twice-monthly Flourish Group support or individual coaching for more personalized guidance.
-
Absolutely. Your F.A.B. Divorce was designed specifically to help you navigate the complicated emotions that can arise before, during, and after divorce — including fear, anger, guilt, grief, resentment, loneliness, and uncertainty.
We don't ask you to ignore those emotions, rush through them, or pretend everything is fine. We help you face what you're feeling head-on, with practical tools and compassionate strategies to understand your emotions, move through them, and learn from them.
Over time, that work can help you feel calmer and more centered, understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your resilience, and regain a sense of control over how you respond to what's happening around you.
The goal isn't to never experience difficult emotions. It's to become more confident in your ability to handle them when they come.
-
Your F.A.B. Divorce is a comprehensive, self-paced personal growth program designed to support you through the emotional experience of divorce — and help you explore who you are becoming along the way.
FAB is not legal advice or mental health treatment. Instead, it combines education, reflection, practical tools, and personal development to help you navigate divorce with greater clarity, resilience, self-trust, and personal power.
If you choose to add our Flourish Group, you'll also meet twice monthly with a supportive community of women who understand what you're going through — a connection our clients have described as a lifeline. And if you want more individualized guidance, private coaching is available as well.
Think of F.A.B. as the space between simply getting through your divorce and intentionally growing through it.
-
Absolutely. Communication is woven throughout Your F.A.B. Divorce because how you communicate can affect nearly every part of the divorce experience.
F.A.B. includes specific guidance for navigating difficult conversations, managing emotional reactions, communicating more intentionally, setting boundaries, and proactively creating the conditions for more productive interactions — even when the other person isn't making that easy.
And if you're preparing for one of the very first difficult conversations — telling your spouse you want a divorce — our low-cost Divorce Conversation Playbook can help you prepare for that conversation thoughtfully and intentionally. It also includes guidance for talking with your children and others who need to know.
You can't control how someone else communicates. FAB helps you become more intentional about how you show up to the conversation.
-
Divorce changes family relationships whether your children are 8, 18, or 38.
While Your F.A.B. Divorce does not provide legal guidance about custody or parenting arrangements, we do help you strengthen the skills that can make difficult family situations easier to navigate: communicating more intentionally, managing emotional reactions, setting boundaries, making difficult decisions, and staying focused on what matters most.
In our Flourish Groups, family relationships are also a frequent part of the conversation. Women have the opportunity to talk through what they're experiencing with children of all ages and hear how others have navigated similar situations.
One of our favorite F.A.B. reminders is Keep Your Eye on the Prize: know . what matters most to you, and let that larger vision guide how you respond — even when the moment in front of you is difficult.
-
Begin small. You don't have to figure out your entire divorce — or your entire future — today.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, start with our free Divorce Survival Toolkit, available throughout our website. It gives you practical support you can use right now to help you steady yourself and begin thinking about what you need next.
And if you're still asking yourself, “Do I even want a divorce?” our upcoming mini-course, How Will I Know?, was created specifically for that uncertain space. It will help you thoughtfully explore the emotions, fears, questions, and possibilities involved in making such an important decision.
You don't have to know exactly where you're going to begin moving forward. You just need a place to begin.
-
Your F.A.B. Divorce is completely self-paced, so you can move through the program in a way that works for your life. We recommend giving yourself about 3-6 months to complete the full experience.
FAB includes 8 units with 12 video classes in total. Most videos are about 15–20 minutes, followed by accompanying Flourish Work designed to help you reflect, explore, and apply what you're learning to your own life.
How deeply you engage with that work is up to you. Some weeks you may have the time and emotional space to dig in; other weeks, simply watching a class may be enough.
We do encourage you to make a real commitment to the process — not because there is a deadline, but because doing this work is a commitment to yourself and to the future you're creating.
You don't have to rush. You do have to show up for yourself.
-
Our twice-monthly Flourish Group is where the F.A.B. experience comes to life in community — and our members consistently tell us it becomes one of the most valuable parts of the program.
Women bring what they're experiencing, ask questions, share what they're learning, and hear how other women have navigated similar situations. There is something incredibly powerful about realizing, I'm not the only one who has felt this way. And hearing from women who are a little further along can offer something equally important: hope.
The group isn't only about talking through what's hard. We intentionally create a warm, supportive — and yes, often joyful — space where women can connect, learn from one another, celebrate progress, laugh, gain perspective, and remember that there is life beyond what they're going through right now.
Our members have called Flourish a lifeline and tell us it's something they genuinely look forward to.
Divorce can feel incredibly isolating. Flourish reminds you that you don't have to navigate it alone.
-
Yes. If Flourish has become an important part of your support system, you'll have the option to continue beyond the six months included with your program.
Divorce — and growth — rarely follows a neat timeline. You may reach the end of six months while you're still navigating the process, or you may find yourself entering a completely different stage and wanting continued connection as you begin creating what comes next.
For many women, that transition is precisely when support can matter. The legal process may be ending, but questions about identity, relationships, confidence, purpose, and the future don't necessarily disappear with a signed agreement.
Flourish gives you a place to continue the conversation as you move from dealing and healing toward rediscovering, trusting, and flourishing.
-
We understand that privacy can be especially important when you are considering or navigating divorce.
From our side, your personal information will never be shared. We've also designed our communications with discretion in mind: our emails do not use the word “divorce” in the subject line, and communications come from Freedom to Flourish, rather than Your F.A.B. Divorce.
We also encourage you to think proactively about protecting your privacy on your end. Inside the program, we discuss practical steps you can take, including creating a separate email address for divorce-related communications that your spouse or partner cannot access.
Your circumstances are unique, so we encourage you to consider what additional privacy measures may be appropriate for your situation.
-
Warm, honest, practical, and sometimes even fun. Yes, we know — fun isn't necessarily a word you expect to hear on a divorce website.
We created Your F.A.B. Divorce to feel like real women talking honestly with you about a really difficult experience. We'll help you face the hard stuff without judgment, offer practical tools you can actually use, challenge you when it may help you grow, and remind you that divorce can contain possibility alongside the pain.
But you don't have to take our word for it. Watch our interview with The D-Shift Divorce Podcast to get a genuine sense of who we are and how we approach this work, and preview the course to experience FAB for yourself.
